FastBee IoT Platform — V2.6.0 Released

Our team recently performed an upgrade to the FastBee system, and the long-awaited version 2.6.0 is finally live. In this release we mainly carried out a comprehensive UI upgrade and basic testing of the system, fixed bugs, improved documentation, and added several new features. At the same time, the SCADA and speaker modules were upgraded in sync with the main system. The specific updates are listed below.

4. Bug Fixes

1. Monitor device allocation now includes channel allocation;
2. Fixed the failure to retrieve device recordings;
3. Fixed the Rule Script database bridging issue;
4. Comprehensive basic testing and bug fixes — see the code commit history for details.

5. Upgrade Notes

Back up your data before upgrading!

1. For products whose Thing Models contain array, object, or array-object types, after upgrading you need to click the sync button in the Thing Model again to update the old data;
2. In Scene Management, for scenes whose data-source devices belong to products where the old Thing Model data has been synced and updated, you need to delete the association and re-associate it;
3. TDengine adds a tenant isolation field, tenant_id. You need to delete the original super tables and recreate them; to keep the original data, export it first and then insert it into the new database;
4. Version 2.6 aims to deliver a brand-new UI and a stable system. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out promptly.
