1. FAQ

1.1. How do I renew after the update subscription expires?

The license is perpetual, and the source code you already obtained can be used forever. If you want to keep receiving source updates after the subscription expires, renewal is available at 30-40% of the list price; please contact support for details.

1.2. What if I cannot pull code from the private repository?

The private repository is at https://code.fastbee.cn/. First log in and confirm whether the project exists under your account; if your update subscription has expired, you cannot fetch the latest source code. Contact support to check the expiry date or renew.

1.3. How do I get technical support after purchase?

After purchase you will be invited to the enterprise user group, where you can ask questions at any time and we provide the necessary technical support. Please update your group nickname as required by the group announcement.

1.4. How many private repository accounts does one company get?

For easier management, each company receives one private repository account, which the company uses uniformly to fetch and update the code.
