1. FAQ
1.1. How much is the Commercial Edition and how is it licensed?
Pricing is published uniformly on the official website; see Licensing and Sponsorship. The license is perpetual. After purchase you receive the platform source code, visualization source code, and mobile source code, delivered through a private repository account, plus one year of update subscription.
1.2. Is a demo or trial available?
An online demo site is available at iot.fastbee.cn (account fastbee, password 123456), so you can experience the main platform features without installation.
1.3. Are contracts and invoices provided after purchase?
A contract, invoice, and license certificate are provided after purchase. We are currently a small-scale taxpayer and issue general invoices at a 1% tax rate by default; for special VAT invoices at 3%, please contact support.
1.4. Are the SCADA and smart speaker modules included in the Commercial Edition?
No. Web SCADA and the smart speaker are separately paid modules that can be purchased as needed.
